Crew is $149/mo, Pro is $299/mo, and Unlimited is $499/mo. Every plan includes unlimited users — you pay for the company, not the seat.
Is BuildPilot available in Spanish?+
Yes. The whole site switches to Spanish with one tap (the EN/ES button in the menu), voice capture understands Spanish on the jobsite, and PILOT AI answers in the language you ask in.
Can I send estimates through WhatsApp?+
Yes. Estimates for clients with a phone number on file have a Send-by-WhatsApp button — your client gets the review-and-sign link right in the app your crews and clients already use.
Is BuildPilot only for construction?+
No. Cleaning services, janitorial and office-cleaning crews, landscaping, and any service business that quotes jobs and needs signatures runs on BuildPilot — your price catalog is fully yours.
Is there a free trial?+
