This page summarizes the terms for using the BuildPilot AI website and product. It is a summary for your convenience. The complete, legally binding Software Use Agreement — including the full release, indemnification, and limitation of liability terms — is presented and electronically signed in-app at first login. If anything on this page conflicts with the in-app Software Use Agreement, the in-app agreement controls.
BuildPilot AI is a contractor CRM software-as-a-service product operated by Southwest CP Investment LLC, a Texas limited liability company. It helps general contractors manage clients, estimates, inspections, and related business operations, with AI-assisted features.
BuildPilot AI is billed as a flat monthly subscription (Crew $149/mo, Pro $299/mo, or Unlimited $499/mo), with unlimited user seats included at every tier. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. You may export your business data at any time, free of charge, including after cancellation.
You agree to use BuildPilot AI only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe any third party’s rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to breach the security of the platform, or interfere with other users’ access to the service.
Your subscription is for your own business use. You may not resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise redistribute access to BuildPilot AI to third parties.
BuildPilot AI, its software, design, and branding are the property of Southwest CP Investment LLC. You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the platform. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our software or intellectual property to you.
BuildPilot AI is provided “as-is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pedro Loredo, Southwest CP Investment LLC, and any person or entity associated with them or with BuildPilot AI are released from, and are not liable for, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. The complete release, waiver, covenant not to sue, and indemnification terms are set out in the in-app Software Use Agreement, which you accept at first login.
If you participate in the BuildPilot AI affiliate program, your participation is governed by a separate Affiliate Program Agreement presented to you at enrollment, which includes its own commission, conduct, and liability terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
