This policy explains what data BuildPilot AI collects, how it is processed, and who processes it on our behalf, for the BuildPilot AI website and application operated by Southwest CP Investment LLC.
Your account credentials, organization details, client records, estimates, inspection data, and other business data you enter are stored in Supabase (Postgres database and authentication service). This data is processed and stored in the United States.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVV — Stripe handles that data directly and provides us only with limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and the last four digits of your card) needed to run your account.
BuildPilot AI is hosted on Cloudflare. AI-assisted features (such as chat and estimate generation) are processed using Cloudflare Workers AI. Prompts and data you submit to AI features are processed by Workers AI to generate a response; we do not use your prompts or data to train any AI model, and to our knowledge Cloudflare does not use Workers AI inference requests to train its own models either.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. If you participate in or are referred through our affiliate program, we also use a referral cookie (bp_ref) that stores the referring affiliate’s code for up to 90 days, so that the affiliate is credited if you sign up. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party ad-tracking scripts on our site.
We do not sell your personal data or your business data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the service.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@buildpilotai.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, billing records).
Our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare) process data primarily in the United States.
